Come and relax in our spacious comfortabe 3-bedroom cottage, which adjoins the main farmhouse, situated within the New Forest boundary. We have a 35-acre small holding, which is split between horse liveries and pasture land. We normally cut the pasture for hay during July, and then cattle graze on it until the winter. The cottage is situated off a very quiet country lane, and within a short walk is wide open New Forest heathland, a farm shop, two excellent pubs serving food and a renowned restaurant. The cottage is 1 mile away from the pretty small town of Fordingbridge, with good amenities, and its arched medieval bridge over the River Avon. We are central to touring the entire New Forest, and enjoying the south's sandy beaches.

The cottage is completely self-contained. It has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and provides every comfort. It is fully carpeted, and a Rayburn stove in the kitchen provides hot water and heating. The cottage has a comfortable lounge with remote control colour TV, DVD and video recorder. The kitchen is spacious with a fully fitted kitchen, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing/drier machine, kitchen table and 5 chairs. There is plenty of parking immediately outside the cottage.

The three bedrooms consists of a large master bedroom with full-length mirrored fitted wardrobes; a twin room and a single room. The beds, (5' doubles, 3' singles,) all have pillows, duvets and bed linen provided, plus extra blankets if necessary. There is a main family bathroom, with a large built-in shower, loo, basin and bath, and there is also an additional seperate toilet with hand-basin. All rooms are on the ground floor and suitable for wheelchair access. A private, large and totally enclosed rear garden, with table and chairs, sun umbrella and a barbeque on the patio area.

Arrival time = From 3pm onwards on Friday; departure time 10am Friday. Tariff includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, plus all services: i.e. heating, oil, electric etc... Weekend breaks are availabe out of 'main seasons'. No smoking or pets are allowed within the Cottage.
