This New Forest farm cottage is for a maximum of 5 people; available from 3pm Friday until 10am Friday, and is open all year round. The accommodation is on one level, and is fully equipped with all your needs for a pleasant stay. This includes:

The Kitchen / Dining room : The cottage has a large and fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room, which leads directly out to a secure and enclosed private garden with a patio area, table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue. The kitchen also includes a washing machine/drier, a microwave and electric oven and hobs. There is a green Rayburn for hot water and central heating, and cooking.

A deposit of £100 confirms your booking, and must be received within 10 days of a provisional telephone booking. The balance, and a £75 refundable damage deposit, is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Pillows, duvets, linen and towels (one bath and one hand towel per person) are provided. If you prefer to bring your own towels and linen please mark on the booking form. All services; electricity, oil and water, included in the cost. No smoking is allowed within the building. No pets either please.
